"Niewielki, ale bardzo przyjemny hotel w centrum Arisnal. Znakomita baza wypadowa na Coma Pedrosę - do parkinu z którego startowaliśmy 2 min samochodem. Bardzo przyjemny i pomocny personel, począwszy od recepcji (naprawdę życzliwi i pomocni ludzie) po dziewczynę z restauracji! Bardzo dobre jedzenie (na śniadaniach nie byliśmy) ale kolacje znakomite! Piękne miejsce..."

"It took a long time to check in, I couldn't use my driving licence and couldn't find my passport in in the luggage. After paying tourist tax I walked away with 9 eruros change in 50 cents coins. Also I couldnt use my preferred credit card for the damage deposit as it doesnt have numbers on it."

"It's like visiting your friends or family, the staff are nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and big enough as we expected. We'll definitely get back again next season."

"After checking out we found our that there was no lugguge room, but we just put all our stuff in the car and went skiing. So, it wasn't a problem for us at all, but it is worth mentioning if you are planning to have a day of skiing on the day of departure."

"Very friendly and cozy atmosphere. It is seen in every detail that the owners care about visitors as if they were their personal guests: free coffee and free daily warm wine along with croissants close to the fireplace can make your day after a long riding experience. In additional, we reserved the HB accomodation and I can say that it was a great deal since the dinners there are really-really good."

"We looked at many places in Andorra before booking this one and we made a good choice. The staff are lovely: all very friendly and chatty. They were nice enough to us to allow us to keep our expensive Roquefort cheese in their fridge in the kitchen for the duration of our stay, which was lovely of them. The room was a good size with a nice terrace. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big. Everything was clean. The breakfast had a very good range and we were satisfied. There is a large free car park nearby, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. There is a cable car right outside the hotel so I imagine it'll be busy in winter. This cable car was closed in August when we visited but there is another one just 4 km down the road and it works in the summer."

"We were satisfied with everything. The price wasn't cheap but it included breakfast so we can't complain. Andorra in general is not a cheap destination in terms of hotels (at least in August when we visited)."

"The only thing which wasn't great was it was hot when we stayed and the room we were staying in got the afternoon sun. The balcony doors opened inwards so it was difficult to have the doors open and cryains drawn to shade from the sun. There was no AC or even a fan and the room was fairly unbearably hot in the afternoon and overnight."
