"The atmosphere is very welcoming, homely, laidback. The staff are both locals and volunteers and this mix creates a great atmosphere. The friday braais are great for meeting people and can be a good pre-drinks for going out. Next to that it isn't a massive party hostel, which is a good thing to me. It's social, and many drinks are done in the evening in the common area, but when you go to sleep it has mostly quieted down. People that want to party further go out to the city at that point. There aren't that many other activities, but people organize it through the hostel whatsapp. Sometimes they do a volley session on the beach or volunteers might initiate something like Laura starting her Thursdays morning workout! Also, they are very relaxed in letting us borrow some coolers from the kitchen to go to the beach or a weekend festival even."

I would love it if the volley would become a weekly scheduled thing too. That on Wednesday / Tuesday and the braai on Fridays would be the perfect amount of planned activities combined with spontaneous stuff that's planned through whatsapp.

"Great location although currently some construction happening across the road. The double bed attic rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The common areas and pool are also great to use 24 hours."

1. No elevator, 2. No mirror in the bed room, 3. No shower curtain in the bathroom, wooden floor make sounds while walking

"Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, centralnie położony blisko bazaru i przystani promowej. Pokój podstawowy, bez okna - czysty, z klimatyzacją. Dobre śniadanie. Dojazd komunikacja miejska, ale tylko do 6 PM!"

Czystość we wspolnych azienkach, ale to raczej kwestia gości. Hotel mógłby zwiększyć częstotliwość sprzątania. Po zmroku Tahiti nie daje komfortu spędzania czasu na zewnątrz, w okolicy dużo bezdomnych, nie ma przechodniów, brak oświetlenia.

Inside the cabins gets really hot during the day. Not a single spoon in the hole place to eat my soup. To enter the compound there's a very awkward padlock where you have to drop everything on the floor to open the door. Not good if the floor is wet or in the darkness of night

Dogs are dangerous and should be kept tied when owners are not around. One tried to snatch my breakfast bag in morning

Jedyny mały minus to klucz do pokoju - trzeba nieźle pokombinować, żeby otworzyć drzwi...

Najtańsze ceny za pokój jednoosobowy. Blisko do morza, restauracji, sklepów. Można sobie coś ugotować jak się ma ochotę co jest na plus."

Nie będę wybrzydzał bo najtańszy w Hopkins z pokojem jednoosobowym. Mały pokój ale mi starczył na jedną noc. To typowy Hostel więc jest spoko.

"Lokalizacja - blisko z lotniska, dookoła dużo sklepów i microlet nr 9. Jest wszystko czego trzeba: ciepła woda pod prysznicem, papier toaletowy, woda pitna, czajnik i dostępna kawa i herbata. Są też śniadania i możliwość zamówienia obiadu/kolacji. Na miejscu jest też miejsce do robienia prania i suszenia ubrań. Miejsce tanie jak na Dili. Można tu spotkać podróżników z całego świata. Czuliśmy się tu dobrze i bezpiecznie."

W pokojach wieloosobowych niewogodne łóżka. Obiekt mógłby być czesciej sprzątany.

If you want a beach holiday it's a little far but if you enjoy the cultural aspects it's a perfect spot. Just a little uphill.

"MyFarm is not just a place to sleep. It is a vibrant place full of life. You wake up from the sound of beautiful birds in the morning, you can join the MyFarm team for breakfast and talk about their daily life here. All the staff is super nice and accommodating. It's amazing to be inside such a wonderful place that gives out free education to the people who live around here. I ended up helping out in the different educational programs and I loved every moment of it. I thought I just went for a cheap place to stay that was also social, but I got so much more. I will definitely come back as a volunteer to the project."

I honestly have nothing

"The location sits on main public transit options; Bus stop, METRO station, and one street away a main connecting street offering additional public bus stops & connections. A short walk uphill lands you at a central interception from which all directions of pedestrian pathways are possible to explore the city and sights."

Food shops & markets in the district are regionally expensive. The area for basic cold food storage and microwave reheating of food needs a serious update. For the number of guests the refrigerator is way to small. The small microwave does not fit common delivery food packages, or a standard dinner plate for reheating.
