"The location is a bit remote from the city of Lugano, but the views are wonderful and it's surrounded by nature. The house itself is very cozy, welcoming and well maintained."

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

"Wszystko super, miłe zaskoczenie to woda dla gości w kuchni i wyposażenie kuchni. Są też ręczniki hotelowe oraz plażowe :))) Właścicielka pomyślała dosłownie o wszystkim."

Dodałabym rowery na wynajem nawet 2/4 myślę, że byłoby dużo chętnych :)

"A short stroll from the main drag and market, but without the noise.A fully equipped kitchen, a shady garden, plenty of toilets and showers hot aswell, in the dormitory section,all kept clean throughout day, for breakfast i recommend you go to Kumba Lodge, turn left and walk along the beach for 15 minutes, youll see it up on the ridge, dont forget to take sandals as the sand maybe too hot to walk on coming back.Nice secluded back garden.You can walk to Barra, by turning left, walk atound the headland, places yo eat and drink there, anout 8kms one way, take plenty of water."

"Fajny, przytulny hostel. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Możliwość przechowania bagażu (za opłatą). Wejście do części gdzie znajdują się pokoje otwierane jest kodem - nie trzeba martwić się o to że osoba z zewnątrz może się tam dostać. Co do pokoju - czysto, dość przestronnie, wygodne kapsuły do spania. Na plus na pewno była prywatna łazienka w pokoju oraz możliwość podłączenia ładowarki obok łóżka. Bardzo dobre śniadanie w formie bufetu (za dopłatą). Hostel znajduje się bardzo blisko centrum. Zaraz obok jest przystanek tramwajowy. Ulice dalej znajdują się różne sklepy, bary, knajpy."

"Wszystko nam się podobało :) Fantastyczna, pomocna obsługa, doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia ze smaczną kawą, czysta łazienka i wszystkie przestrzenie wspólne. Świetny pomysł z zasadą zdejmowania butów od razu przy wejściu, zwłaszcza zimą!"

Jedyny mały minus to klucz do pokoju - trzeba nieźle pokombinować, żeby otworzyć drzwi...

Sparkling Turtle Backpackers Hostel daje dużą dawkę prywatności i spokoju w ruchliwym i głośnym Kathmandu. Bardzo blisko do słynnych atrakcji Buddha Park czy Swayambhunath. Fajne miejsce!"

Kurze mogłyby być lepiej wytarte. Pokoje są jednak naprawdę małe. Z dwiema dużymi walizkami może być problem.

"Very professional staff. Authentic experience and accommodation. Artistic spacious common areas. The Best accommodation provided breakfast we had on our month-long trip in East Africa. All staff members are genuinely friendly."

Dogs are dangerous and should be kept tied when owners are not around. One tried to snatch my breakfast bag in morning

"The atmosphere is very welcoming, homely, laidback. The staff are both locals and volunteers and this mix creates a great atmosphere. The friday braais are great for meeting people and can be a good pre-drinks for going out. Next to that it isn't a massive party hostel, which is a good thing to me. It's social, and many drinks are done in the evening in the common area, but when you go to sleep it has mostly quieted down. People that want to party further go out to the city at that point. There aren't that many other activities, but people organize it through the hostel whatsapp. Sometimes they do a volley session on the beach or volunteers might initiate something like Laura starting her Thursdays morning workout! Also, they are very relaxed in letting us borrow some coolers from the kitchen to go to the beach or a weekend festival even."

I would love it if the volley would become a weekly scheduled thing too. That on Wednesday / Tuesday and the braai on Fridays would be the perfect amount of planned activities combined with spontaneous stuff that's planned through whatsapp.
