Beautiful dark wood colonial style in the bedroom, very cool but for those of us of a certain age a bit too dark

"Excellent quiet location for visiting Constantia and the Hout Bay area. Beautiful view towards the sea. Well equipped and very spacious."

We stayed in the main house which has huge windows overlooking the pool so not at all private. There were often workers milling around in front in the morning. Lack of a private outdoor dining area. Shame there's no balcony on the bedroom side overlooking the sea.

"Wonderful to be the only guests staying in the hotel, it felt special to have a chef come in to make our meals, which were very good. We had our dog with us sge was showing in a competition on site, she was welcomed and as we were the only guests she sat in the dining room with us. She was very relaxed and the next day came 1st in her Breed. We will return for another event soon."

Perhaps the bedroom could have been warmer.

"The location is amazing. Grocery store very close by. It's cozy. Large room and clean, comfortable beds. Rachelle was amazing. Went beyond by providing some did you know?... sound of falls in pool was soothing. Kitchen facilities clean and complete with all needs. Yes I would come back in a heart beat."

Pool abit dirty and not clean completely. I would add ice machine or an available freezer for our ice. Lack of close by restaurants is a bummer.

Absolutnie nic!

По информация от сайта - размерът на стаята е 15 кв.м. За стая Nо 2 тази квадратура вероятно включва и банята, и балкона. Стаята е изключително малка. За една-две нощи е ОК, но за по-дълга ваканция за двама не е за предпочитане. Би било добре да се постави закачалка за връхни дрехи (към момента липсва).

Our booking description on the rooms & no of beds aren't the same, i have to contact the owner to get me another xtra beds. Also, 1 of the unit we gotten a rocking bed frame.

Wielka szkoda, że na zewnątrz przed apartamentem są białe, plastikowe stoły i krzesła.

Gospodarze bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni. Świetne małżeństwo. Pyszne śniadania. Okolica bardzo cicha i spokojna idealna na wypoczynek . Do centrum Budapesztu 25 min autem. "Śniadanie Dobre, warto ustalić z Panią wcześniej co się chce. W pobliżu dużo sklepów, a niedaleko jakieś 20 min spaceru bardzo dobra knajpa "Navat". Mały ogródek ze stoliczkiem i ławkami. Dużo ręczników i czysta pościel, dobra klima."

Cena dość wysoka, ale nie mam innych uwag.

"Jeśli ktoś będzie w Samarkandzie, to proszę się nie zastanawiać i rezerwować miejsce tutaj. Małżeństwo, które prowadzi ten guesthouse, mieszka obok i zawsze pomoże ze wszystkim. Pokoje są regularnie sprzątane, w środku jest wszystko, co potrzeba. Na oddzielną uwagę zasługują śniadania - nigdzie nie jedliśmy takich pysznych i zróżnicowanych śniadań. Porcje były ogromne, a do tego niekończące się ilości herbaty. Było nam tak dobrze, że przedłużyliśmy pobyt. Bardzo dziękujemy za cudowny pobyt!"

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property.

"Hostel położony jest w centrum miasta, w pobliżu najważniejszych atrakcji i restauracji. Pokój jest czysty, cichy, łóżko wygodne, łazienka w dobrym stanie. W hostelu jest w wspólna kuchnia, w której można przygotować posiłki. W kuchni jest też lodówka do wspólnego użytku. Bardzo miły personel :)"

"If you're looking for a quiet place, Villa Serenity by the Water is where you need to go... and yet, it's just a throw of stone away from shops and busy places... as for the breakfast, I must say I've enjoyed the sweetest omelette ever, accompanied with a selection of fruits/yoghurt/toasts... exactly what I needed to start my next journey on the right foot !!!... apart from that, rooms are large, very well quiped and nicely decorated... making your stay real enjoyable !"

I found it a little difficult to adjust temperature in the shower as it is a sophisticated model with thermostat... but had I stayed longer, I would have asked for advice and I'm sure I would have mastered the issue !

"It is really decent. Not the best, but very sufficient for me. For 50$, I definitely got more than I expected. Free internet and electricity and kitchen and washing machine."

Not too clean (still very acceptable and I would return). Single bed (would loved to have 2 separate beds). Air conditioner is fairly weak.
