"wszystko super. bezproblemowy parking z wejściem z tyłu, pokoje przestronne, dobrze wyciszone z wygodnym łóżkiem. śniadanie pyszne - bardzo szeroki wybór, wyśmienita kawa. restauracja hotelowa, z której miałam przyjemność korzystać wieczorem również super. naprawdę nie ma się do czego przyczepić. obługa przemiła. w hotelu jest cicho i spokojnie, co daje pewność komfortowego snu. dużym plusem są dystrybutory na piętrach z wodą pitną."

"Location was good, the rest of the accommodation was of a very poor standard."

There were no towels in the room, no heater, no power point to plug the electric blankets or the bedside lamp into, no spare blankets, poorly made beds. Shared bathroom was not cleaned regularly and was leaking water on the floor from the toilet.

Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset. "Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.

El desayuno es muy tarde. Entiendo que debería ser más temprano. Ya que a las 9 es muy tarde y no hay nada cerca para desayunar.

"Obiekt świetnie położony zaledwie kilka minut na nogach do centrum. Parking bezpłatny przy hotelu . Przemiły personel ale największym atutem jest przepyszne jedzenie. Polecam spagetti w sosie cytrynowym."

"Wspaniały hotel z przepięknym widokiem na ocean. Mieliśmy narożny pokój z widokiem na ocean i jeszcze dodatkowo bocznym widokiem na ocean i dżunglę za hotelem. Winda dojeżdża do platformy, z której rozlega się widok 360 stopni. Byliśmy poza sezonem i było nas wszystkich może z 15 osób gości, więc była cisza i spokój. Po prostu idealne. W restauracji przyzwoite śniadania i kolacje, ale tuż przy hotelu jest mała knajpka z bdb i niedrogim jedzeniem. Panoramiczny basen, można też wynająć willę dla całej rodziny. W pobliżu publiczna plaża, ale nie za duża i wąska. Obsługa-rewelacja!!! Przemili i niezwykle uczynni ludzie. Late check out? No problem i bez dodatkowych opłat. Do miasta jeździ shuttle bus, ale zawiezie też na lotnisko. Super hotel w spokojnej i cichej okolicy. Piękne widoki."

Począwszy od przywitania na recepcji, eleganckim wystroju, przez genialnie urządzony apartament z dużym tarasem, po świetny basen z miejscem na wypoczynek plus jeszcze miły upominek w formie śniadanka :) Jesteście najlepsi! To był bardzo udany pobyt, aż szkoda, że tak krótko. Mega wygodne łóżko, czysta łazienka z kosmetykami, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, fajnie rozwiazane oswietlenie. Tam się wszystko zgadzało i polecamy wszystkim! A jeszcze parking pod hotelem i plaża Taaak blisko!"

Ogrzewanie nie działało przez kilka pierwszych dni i w nocy było zimno.
