Każde przedłużenie należy wykonywać w Booking.com a następnie zgłaszać w recepcji aby pokój nie był zmieniamy Okna w pokoju są bardzo brudne co niszczy widok na okolicę i na Burj Khalifa czy port Podczas alarmu pożarowego nikt z pracowników nie wspierał gości. Na pytanie pracowników jak przebiega droga ewakuacyjna kazano nam zostać w pokoju bo to tylko test. Przy czym drogi ewakuacyjne nie były oświetlone. Nie było dźwięku alarmowego tylko jedno powiadomienie głosowe. Goście stali na korytarzu i nie wiedzieli co mają robić - zdecydowanie do poprawy biorąc pod uwagę wysokość hotelu i ilość pięter."

"Excellent stay with outstanding staff I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Dubai Downtown. The hotel is very well located, comfortable, and clean, but what truly made the experience special was the staff. At the reception, Shon was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful. From the first moment, he made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Housekeeping was excellent thanks to Santosh. The room was always perfectly clean, fresh, and well organized. His attention to detail really stood out. At the Bread House, Rita provided exceptional service. She was very kind, attentive, and her English was excellent, which made communication easy and pleasant. She truly added warmth to every breakfast. Overall, a great hotel with amazing staff. I would definitely recommend Pullman Dubai Downtown and would love to stay here again"

"We spent 4 nights at this hotel and truly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect if you want to be in Downtown and close to Burj Khalifa. Everything was very clean, the staff were welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. A big plus is how close it is to the metro, shops, and restaurants. Definitely a place I would recommend."
