"Oczekiwania spełnione, Pan przyjmujący nas w recepcji bardzo miły - zorganizował nam śniadanie na wynos na następny dzień mimo zamkniętej już kuchni w momencie przyjazdu (wyjeżdżaliśmy bardzo wcześnie). Pokój czysty, w hotelu prawie nikogo, a jednak po korytarzu do nocy słychać było dzieciaki, które zajmowały większość naszego piętra... Nie do końca pozwoliło się to zregenerować, tym bardziej, że dźwięki słychać nie tylko z korytarza, ale też niestety przez ściany. Ale całość w porządku, byliśmy przed sezonem więc cała restauracja na górze z panoramą prawie 360st była dla nas na wieczorny kieliszek wina."

She went above and beyond by recommending the best trips in Shkodër, guiding us on what to see, and even helping us plan our journey to the next destination. She also suggested the top traditional restaurants and coffee shops with delicious local food and sweets, and we tried her recommendations, they were truly the best of the best. Thanks to her, our trip to Albania became unforgettable, and she is the main reason we would gladly return to this hotel again."

Even though they couldn’t serve food on the day we arrived due to unexpected circumstances, they handled it with great patience and offered my family an extra room at half price. We planned to stay one night but ended up staying two because we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is located right in the center, directly on the pedestrian street – super convenient and a lovely place to walk around, especially in the evenings. The atmosphere is lively but still pleasant and relaxing. The staff were absolutely amazing – kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, with a nice variety. The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the small balcony, which was a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a central and welcoming place to stay!"

"We stayed as a group of four and had a generally pleasant experience. The apartment includes two rooms – the main bedroom (for the parents) was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. However, the second room was quite dark, to the point that it felt a bit uncomfortable at times, especially during the day. This was the main downside of the stay."

"Hotel Chicago is centrally located but a little hard to find the entrance (you need to walk down stairs to find the lift to the 4th floor). Reception staff were good and helpful but the bar staff were too busy chatting with friends. Breakfast was fantastic - generous and varied and they made a great packed breakfast the day we went to the Alps / Theth."

"Needed clearer directions to find the 4th floor reception. We used their recommended travel partner to get home from Valbone and they never turned up to collect us! we did however receive a refund, but I would stick with the main provider only."
