"Doskonała lokalizacja hotelu. Piękne widoki na Gjirokastrę z basenów, restauracji i niektórych pokoi. Dobre, urozmaicone śniadanie w formie bufetu. Idealny na 1-2 noce w tym mieście - chyba że ktoś nie chce zwiedzać a tylko delektować się widokami z basenu - to można i dłużej :-)"

"Może to nie minus ale info dla innych. Hotel nad miastem - a więc dojazd samochodem dla wprawnych kierowców i najlepiej samochodem z automatem. Po rezerwacji otrzymaliśmy film z drogą do i z hotelu dający pogląd na dojazd - duży plus! Dojście do atrakcji ( bazar, zamek) z hotelu ok, 20 min spacerkiem ale powrót pod górę lub taksówką :-)"

"Fantastyczna lokalizacja, wspaniała obsługa, pyszne i obfite śniadania, cudowny i niezapomniany pobyt. Wart pokonania trudnej drogi pod górę."

"To już szczególiki, które mogłyby spowodować, że obiekt byłby idealny. Wystające i nieschowane kable od telewizora i modemu, nie domykały się drzwi od prysznica i nie dało się napuścić wody do wanny, bo korek nie dochodził. Basen mógłby być podgrzewany, bo niestety woda na koniec maja była jeszcze na tyle zimna, że nie dało się z niego korzystać. Ale to nie zmienia ogólnej fantastycznej oceny obiektu."

"We stayed there just for a night. I have to say that everyone from the reception to the bar/restaurant bar was very friendly and welcoming! The room was so clean and smells very good! We would totally recommend and we would definitely go back!"

"Pamja nga hoteli ishte fantastike! Dhoma luksoze dhe me te gjitha facilitetet. Restoranti gatuante pjata te shijshme dhe me ingredient te perzgjedhur me kujdes. Stafi ishte shume i sjellshem dhe miqesor. Pershendetje te perzemerta nga Hotel Vale Sarande."

"We had a wonderful stay at the amazing KERCULLA. The view was spectacular , the breakfast was rich with traditional flavors. We will definitely visit this place again."

"Great location, high up looking down on the castle and the town. Fabulous views. No real view of the town or the castle from the room - had to go to the terraces or the pool for those views. Comfortable bed. Dark room during the day but the emergency lighting meant the room was light at night! Sitting out area is under cover and therefore cold in October. Breakfast was very good; dinner was disappointing."

"Restaurant in the evening was disappointing, and because the hotel is so high up the restaurant was busy but the food was disappointing. Aside from the service at breakfast, service was generally slow, but friendly when it came. The drive to the hotel is very challenging."
