"The beach, restaurants, and shops are close by. There was air conditioning, a washing machine, and a smart TV. The owner helped immediately when it was needed (the electricity went out). Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodation."
"There were a few minor shortcomings: the guest toilet didn’t have a seat, and there were no chairs on the balcony, even though the view is beautiful. (There was no bathtub) 🥺"

"I had a wonderful stay at Sea-View Apartment Koka! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a large sofa and well-equipped kitchen. The sea view from the balcony was beautiful, and the location is perfect just a 5 minute walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants."

A really nice touch after a long day. The location was also great, with easy access to taxis the next morning. Even though my stay was short, the warm hospitality made a big impression. "We booked room at very last minute and it was no problem at all. Room was ready and very clen and fresh smell and in nice quiet neighborhood! Furniture has BOHO vibe and there was nice windows shutters on every windows (even in bathroom). House has nice outdoor seatting under roof and we saw even darts target :) As name of accomodation suggest is on upper part of DHERMI area, full of old stone houses with gardens with colorfull flowers. Not far away from house is small shop and local Coffee house with terrace."

"La struttura era in un’ottima zona perché era vicinissima a tutto, in caso invece dovevi spostarti in una zona più lontana, a pochi pazzi ci sono le fermate dei pullman che ti portano dove vuoi. Accanto all’appartamento c’è addirittura un ristorante di pesce."

"Jasny i bardzo czysty apartament. Świetne położenie, 50 m do morza - łagodne wejście (głęboka woda dalej od brzegu). Parking osiedlowy pod apartamentowcem. Piękne zachody słońca widoczne z balkonu. I piętro, dostępna winda. Zadbana klatka schodowa. Fajna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania południa Albanii. Czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Wzorcowa komunikacja z gospodarzem."
