"Mieliśmy niesamowite wrażenia z wizyty w Hotel Splendor w Dhërmi. Atmosfera jest absolutnie piękna, swobodna, a jednocześnie elegancka, z zapierającymi dech w piersiach widokami. Jedzenie było pyszne i świeże. Basen był bardzo duży, piękny a zarazem codziennie czyszczony. Prywayna plaża Hotelu Splendor piękna czysta z bardzo wygodnymi leżakami. Pokoje bardzo czyste, świeże i codziennie sprzątane. Hotel Splendor to bez wątpienia jedno z najlepszych miejsc w Dhërmi. Gorąco polecam"

"Ceny w hotelowym barze kosmiczne, nieadekwatne i znacznie odbiegające od cen w innych obiektach w Albanii. Nie zachęcają do korzystania z oferty baru. Brak wody, czajnika z herbatą czy ekspresu do kawy w pokoju. W hotelu na poziomie 4 gwiazdek nie powinno to mieć miejsca. Śniadanie również nie powaliło"

"a lot off „bling-bling“, but not what you would exspect: no restaurant, chairs where breakfast was served were partially very dirty, the table clothes not ironed, partially to small for the ugly round tables. Coffeemachine dirty, also the sugarpot. In the rooms a minibar, but no bottleopener, no glases for the wine or for any other drinks only tiny papercups for espresso. Espresso tabs were not refilled, when the only two had been drunken In the bathroom the showerheads looking awful, the slidingdoor of the shower was missing, Flyscreens in the bathroom not working, missing/detached at the livingroom and destroyed in the sleepingroom, so you could not go through the door out to the balcony. Airconditioning was always cold in the same way, even if put to26 Celsius, so you waked up in the night freezing In the fitnessroom: Crosstrainer not working, also the treadmill, one of the ergometers just running in one gear, the second ergometer you could not adapt the seat because of a missing screw"

"We have stayed there before and that was the reason we booked it again. Our balcony’s glass panel was broken and having a child with us, it was dangerous. Our room was not cleaned regularly and parts of the swimming pool was not maintained. Having said that, we enjoyed the beach bar Flow, despite the drink and food prices were extortionate."

"We had a wonderful stay at Splendor Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is charming, though some of the interior facilities could benefit from renovation. The beach bar and private beach are a big highlight, offering a great atmosphere. It's situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Dhermi. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even better. Highly recommended!"
