"Problem z wentylacją - cała wilgoć skraplała się na drzwiach wejściowych zalewając podłogę na wejściu. W łazienkach są zamontowane bojlery elektryczne, przez co jest ograniczona ilość ciepłej wody - po kąpieli jednej osoby, druga musi czekać aż bojler zagrzeje wodę. Warto wziąć to pod uwagę, jeżeli dwie osoby chcą wykąpać się z rana przed wyjściem."

"Obiekt w samym sercu Tirany. Można zwiedzać miasto bez korzystania ze środków transportu. Przemili właściciele. Właściciel sam zaproponował zaparkowanie auta, bo wjazd i wyjazd jest mega trudny. Pani właścicielka cudowna. Kilkaset metrów od obiektu znajduje się kawiarnia gdzie można wypić poranną kawę i zjeść ciacho."

"First of all we were welcomed so warm by Aldina! The room was ready and so clean when we arrived. She helped us to arrange taxi with reasonable price for airport transportation. Due to our flight's delay, she let us hang out in the garden and an available room. The tangerines and bird sounds made unforgettable our stay in Tirana. The location is amazing so close to all touristy attractions. the room was cleaned everyday. Vila Jasmine was the only place that I'll stay in Tirana again"

"Due to an issue with the bathroom in the room we had booked, we were redirected to a different hotel in the same location. We really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled and that we were given a comfortable alternative without any inconvenience. The location is very close to the city center. We arrived by car and had no problems with parking, and it was also easy to walk to the center and explore the area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the great hospitality."

"I usually travel with my own slippers, but I forgot them this time. Seeing that slippers were already provided without asking by Alda, the owner/manager, made me feel very comfortable. I really dislike the thin paper slippers in hotels, so this small detail meant a lot to me. I also had trouble paying with my card due to a POS issue, but Alda stayed calm and helped us for almost 30 minutes until it was resolved. She even helped us find a local bakery in the neighborhood after we noticed a nice smell while looking for the hotel. You can easily contact her since she's usually around. We were also able to leave our luggage at the place and walk around the city until late evening. Thanks to the key she left for us, we could easily return and pick up our bags.
