"Lokalizacja jest super, blisko plac republiki, blisko całodobowy supermarket SAS, przyjechałam o 5 z rana i zameldowali mnie bez żadnych problemów, oprócz tego jest opcja że śniadaniem typu parówka, chleb i ser. Dostałam pokój na samej górze z balkonem i kuchnią, mimo tego, że zarezerwowałam zwykły, w pokoju jest wszystko, co potrzebne. Uważam, że za taką cenę jest jak najbardziej w porządku:)"

"The hotel is close to Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral and Rossia Mall, so it is quite convenient. The room was large and reasonably comfortable. It was certainly value for money."

"There were a few things that could annoy travellers - the sheet was too small for the bed and had a tear, there is significant noise from the street below, it was not always possible to find a responsible person to get help. Breakfast is strange - it comes as a delivery at around 9 and might be mashed potato and a sausage or rice with a boiled egg."

"Matthew was polite and helpful… the room was on the second floor, spacious with a balcony. However I also saw another room with twin beds, dark and with only a tiny ceiling level window. Breakfast was in a polystyrene box… first I was told to pick up breakfast at 9.30 at the reception…the next day the box was delivered to my room."

"It seems that the place is known as “Friendly Hotel” which is written at the entrance. Taxi drivers didn’t know it as ABC Yerevan so it was always an issue trying to get a taxi or when I arrived."

"Well, the list is loooong: - upon on our arrival, despite that we have been contacted even in our arrival day, we have been told that the hotel is... Overbooked - the host offered an another hotel, instead of what we have booked for - later, we found out that the reason of "overbooking" was a little party that had been organized in our room - fresh cigarette smoke in the room - wet towels... - full trash bin - a window that cannot be closed, with cold air coming from outside - heat only from the air conditioner - too short shower curtain which led to water on the floor - breakfast (lunch-boxes) available only between 10:00-11:00 AM (at least what we have been told, we never got one) - mold on the walls"

"Было бы здорово, если бы в номерах появились карточки с информацией о подключении к wi-fi, расписании завтраков и т.д., чтобы не приходилось каждый раз спускаться вниз с любым вопросом. Не хватало пары пакетиков кофе в номере. И немного внимания к постельному белью."
