"The location is really nice place in the city centre and close to everywhere in the city. Room was clean and well equipped. All room staff was working properly."

"The administrator was not on place and we waited around 10 mins. Only way was to contact the administrator was phone call but as a tourist, we may not have Armenian SIM."

"Everything was fine, but they got our breakfast very wrong. They gave us the wrong order (there are 2 options to pick from), which was not major. The big problem came from the fact that I asked that one of our breakfasts be vegetarian. They put meat on one of the dishes, which we assumed was the meat omelet. Instead, they put meat in the other omelet, which I realized too late. Having not eaten meat in over 10+ years, this ruined the rest of our trip, as I was quite sick"

"Access round the back was a little hard to find and climb up three flights of stairs quite a challenge. Room had no windows which did mean it was quiet but it felt a bit boxlike and enclosed."
