"We stayed for about two weeks. The family is really friendly and the rooms have everything you'd expect for a guesthouse. We usually ordered breakfast and cooked in the evening."

"Since its a little outside the city centre (about 15min walk) it is good to have a car or bike at hand. There are a lot of shops nearby though, so you won't needed it for everyday grocery shopping."

"We absolutely loved our four week stay here. The house is owned by a beautiful family. So much care and attention has been put into making the place comfortable and welcoming, and the owners are very kind people. They even adopted a puppy while we were there, one which we had seen earlier in the day on the streets. We have so many happy memories from our time in this guesthouse. "The room is spacious and the host is very welcoming. When I wanted to do laundry, she let me to give her the dirty clothes. They washed and dried them for free. It was a great service, really appreciate that."

"Amazing kitchen, fully equipped with all utensils and dishes needed for cooking. The bathroom is great, with hot water available for showers. In the room, the bed is comfortable, and the pillow is nice as well. The air is fresh, making it easy to sleep well. There is a power outlet near the bed. Shops nearby have long opening hours. The host was extremely kind. WiFi works well."

"Friendly owners, met me and my friend at a late time. The room was good, beds were made, and it was clean. There is a kitchen you can share with others, make some tea or cook some foods etc. The price is reasonable (relative to average prices in the town). The interiors look good."

"It's obvious, since it's a guest house -- only one rest room, you'd have to wait for others, or others would have to wait for you. Quite a long distance from the town center (about 20-25 minutes by foot), not terrible."

"such and amazing hosts! they very very nice. we met some amazing people there as well. very cute house and amazing for the price. we booked a room for 4 but there was 5 of us and we said we can sleep on the floor and they made the other bed for us and were so nice about it. there is a kitchen and towels you can use. wifi also"

"We stayed here for 4 nights very comfortably. The owners were friendly and helpful with any questions or needs (for example, we were able to do our laundry), but we also had privacy as the guest space is an entire floor with seperate entrance. The location is on the outskirts of town but there are shops within a couple minutes walk and it's around 20 minutes to walk to the main centre. The views from the balcony are dramatic and beautiful, and there's a big fish tank in the kitchen area that's also a nice presence."

"For 1 day we did not have gas for the stove or hot water in the bathroom, but the owner informed us and told us that this was throughout Sevan so I don't think we can fault the property for it."

"Chinese talking head with bike stayed one night Perfect environment, and SUPER nice host. Dont miss the swimming in the morning in the lake called sevan, Hope i can get better pillow next time."
