В самих апартаментах есть всё необходимое для проживания: кондиционер, горячая вода, холодильник, стиральная машина, микроволновая печь, чайник, вся необходимая посуда, хорошо работающие интернет и цифровое телевидение. Расположение в принципе в пешей доступности до центра города. В апартах было чисто, что часто редкость при аренде квартир в Ереване😄"

"The location is perfect. Close to Republic Square, Northern Avenue and walking distance to Cascade. Lots of cafes ,restaurants, supermarkets around. Apartment is spacious, view of Ararat from bedroom, view of cascade from living room. What I liked most is the support by Arevik from Sweet Home. From reservation to checkout, she was always available and quick to repy in WhatsApp communication. Airport transports late at night were smooth and safe. Car arrangement to Areni village was reasonably priced. In addition to information on cafes and restaurants,when I Iwanted to know the name of the ballet dancer who performed in the Opera House, she immediately gave me a reply! It’s not exaggeration that my two weeks of my stay was extremely pleasant because of her support."

"Hotel bardzo przytulny, dobrze utrzymany, ciekawie urządzony, a przede wszystkim czysty. Pokoje były małe, ale za to był przestronny balkon z widokiem na miasto, na którym spędzaliśmy urocze wieczory. W chłodniejsze dni można siedzieć na wygodnym patio. Okolica spokojniejsza niż gwarne centrum, do którego spacerem było ok 20 min. Urozmaicone śniadania."

"A very beautiful place! The view from the windows and from the terrace to the mountains was simply amazing. Large well maintained private area with a garden. You can park your car on site. There are several rental houses on the territory, each has a gazebo where you can eat outside. There is also a shared bonfire and barbecue area. The children really appreciated the small outdoor playground. We stayed here in the spring and the pools are probably being installed in the summer. The house itself was small, rather austere, containing only the bare necessities. I can note the comfortable beds, the linens are spotlessly clean. The house was clean. Toilet and shower are ok. Possibility to turn on electric heating in each room if needed. The owners are very hospitable and helpful, always in touch."
