Obsługa tego hotelu pozwoliła nam zostawić bagaż mimo tego że tego dnia już u nich nie zostawaliśmy oraz wydrukowała nam bilety lotnicze. Można się tu poczuć jak w domu. A charming hotel run with passion, with a real family atmosphere. Perfect location close to the center, accessible on foot. What deserves special mention is the wonderful staff who run this place with real passion and heart. You won't find a better hotel in Yerevan with such a good value for money."

"I dont often leave reviews, but this gem of a hotel frankly deserves it. If you're a solo traveler looking to get a feel for the country, I could not recommend this place more, especially given the price. Walking distance from city centre. The staff are very terrific and the Armenian meals were very tasty. They offered tours for a great price which were quite enjoyable and very thorough. The staff are also really proficient in English. In my case, I was a solo traveler from Canada - I don't figure I could've got a better experience and a better immersion into the country from any other hotel. 10/10"

"A small family hotel in a residential area close to Yerevan brandy factory. Not too far from the center, but you would normally need to take a bus or a taxi. Very nice and friendly people. Super tasty and fresh breakfast. We stayed in a Junior Suite, it was a bit small for a family of 4 people, but otherwise everything was fine."

"There were still construction works in the building (although this was not bothering us). Parking is on the street without the designated parking spaces. There are always spots, but they may not be too comfortable."

"A professional run, clean hotel, including a nice restaurant and even a sauna. Unexpected in this location, next to the busstation. But you feel like you are invited into a warm family home. And this is what makes the hotel so unique. Upon entrance you feel at ease. Unfortunately we only stayed our last night in Yerevan here, but next time i will definitely make sure to spend a few days here."
