"Super apartamenty, dwie łazienki, ogromna przestronna sypialnia, basen codziennie był czyszczony. Bardzo mili i uprzejmie ludzie którzy doglądali porządku. Blisko do plaży."

brakowało niektórych przyrządów kuchennych np. łopatki żeby zrobić jajecznicę, Bark czajnika - wodę gotowaliśmy w garnku, meble ogrodowe przydało by się już wymienić bo zjada je rdza. Ulica przy plaży była tak ruchliwa jak autostrada, specjalnie wybrałam nocleg oddalony od miasta żeby był spokój ale niestety rozwój gospodarczy robi swoje... Dlatego jeśli szukasz spokojnej okolicy to nie w tym miejscu.

The road condition to the Apartment

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

"The lady was a nice and warm person. I had a great experience here. The location is very convenient, the heart of Tbilisi city. Many tourist places are walking distance. Facilities are also good. It comes with a laundry machine and cooking equipment. The room is spacious and clean."

"Widok z okien, lokalizacja, szeroki wybór śniadań, udogodnienia w pokoju (pralka, mikrofalówka, filtr wody), dużo przestrzeni w pokoju, dużo miejsca na ubrania, szafka w łazience, duże łóżka. Hotel przystosowany do dłuższych pobytów."

Kran umywalki (kran trudny do regulacji i zbierająca się woda na blacie), bardzo mało surowych warzyw na śniadaniu.

"Bardzo przestronny pokój, w pełni wyposażony aneks, pralka,dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Śniadanie co dziennie serwowane do pokoju (wybór z karty). Pomocny, mily personel na recepcji, pomógł nam w wynajmie auta, polecił co zwiedzić w okolicy,gdzie lepiej zjeść itd. Bardzo miła obsługa."

Łazienka wymaga gruntownego sprzątania.

"They gave us everything we asked for. We needed a small workspace which they didn't have and they provided one in no time."

Internet in all of Egypt is not up there yet

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.

Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

"The appartement was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and what can I say about the view!!! Exceptional, extraordinary, incredible!!! The bed was soooo comfortable it was a joy to snuggle it at night. Yolanda was our contact and she was very helpful, always available to answer our questions, to give explication and help us in our fabulous trip in Cusco!😍 Thanks so much Yolanda! On top of it all, we had Michi the cat, strolling around the lush yard that we could pet!!😻 I would definitely return to Quinua Boutique! I strrrrrongly recommend!"

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.
