"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

"The house is spacious and very clean, with everything you need provided. The location is great close to Nanae Snowpark and Onuma National Park. It’s peaceful, surrounded by snow, and truly magical. The host, Kaiki, is very friendly and kind. I hope to come back again someday."

Walking around the neighborhood because too many dogs. Though most were chained but their threatening bucks and sometimes meeting unchained ones scared me off. I don’t like dogs!

"We loved everything. We had had an unpleasant experience on another platform so we were extremely cautious when coming. The security door was also a great idea."

The cooker didn't work

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

"Breakfast quite good . But one day the coffee machine spoil and cannot do the coffee. If possible need to have one spare coffee machine in case one not working then can use the spare one."

Install one coffee machine in the room like Nespresso machine so we can enjoy coffee in the room

"Such a lovely, wise and amazing lady. She went above and beyond the expectations we had and helped us with everything we needed and made sure we felt comfortable. The location of the apartment is amazing with a lovely view. I will 100% book the same place if I am in La Paz again"

Absolutely nothing that I didn't like

"Fantastyczne miejsce na pobyt w Lalibeli. Poczujesz się jak w domu. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny wraz ze swoją rodziną tworzą niesamowitą atmosferę. Jedzenie przepyszne, świeże przygotowywane na miejscu. Z noclegu wszędzie blisko ale jest cicho. Naprawdę miejsce wyjątkowe godne polecenia."

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

Die Koffer zwei Etagen nach unten und wieder hochtragen. Obwohl es auch toll war von der Terrasse aus gleich nach draußen zu können.

Mieszkanie trochę daleko od portu i kasyna, trzeba wracać pod górkę i po schodach. Rano hałas (coś budują w okolicy). Był problem z telewizorem (chyba nie działał)

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."

"Basen na dachu robi wrażenie, personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Co do czystości było czysto jedynie z małymi niedociśnieniami. Poza tym ok."

Nie nazwałabym tego że mi się nie podobało, lecz na jakikolwiek alkohol, nawet w restauracji nie ma co liczyć :)

The apartment was very well equipped but really quite small for 4 people

Właścicielka była bardzo miła i przechowała nam bagaż przez dobę, gdy pojechaliśmy do innego miasta. Bardzo dziękujemy i polecamy."

"Widok z okien, lokalizacja, szeroki wybór śniadań, udogodnienia w pokoju (pralka, mikrofalówka, filtr wody), dużo przestrzeni w pokoju, dużo miejsca na ubrania, szafka w łazience, duże łóżka. Hotel przystosowany do dłuższych pobytów."

Kran umywalki (kran trudny do regulacji i zbierająca się woda na blacie), bardzo mało surowych warzyw na śniadaniu.

"A quiet place with a beautiful garden view. Numerous facilities are available for complete self-service and independence. A small beach is located nearby."

"Wszystko było dobrze. Byliśmy w 4 osoby w pokoju 4osobowym. Jedna sypialnia w głównym pokoju a druga w oddzielnym pokoju co jest dużym plusem. Zaplecze kuchenne spoko. Czysto. Jesteśmy zadowoleni."

W czerwcu w pokoju na parterze gorąco (brak klimatyzacji), ale wentylator nieco pomógł.
