"W pokoju miał być czajnik- nie było, brak szklanki, wody. Korzystaliśmy z plastikowych kubków z łazienki. W strefie relaksu napoje zimne I gorące ale brak czystych kubków, jakby od kilku dni tam nikt nie zaglądał. Niestety do standardów hotelii czterogwiazdkowych daleko. Na moje uwagi dotyczące pobytu usłyszałam że Pani jest przykro i przekaże koleżance..."

"We really liked a lot about the walzl. The views were amazing. The kids really loved the pool and the bio sauna. The food in the restaurant was great and the kids room entertained the little ones. The dressing gowns and slippers for the kids were a really nice touch. The bus stop was nearby and it was easy to get to Central Innsbruck and for free with the welcome card. We would definetely return."

"The hotel was beautiful; rooms were comfortable, pool & sauna were so nice and the breakfast was amazing! Staff were really polite & helpful. Really easy to get to from Innsbruck centre - just a 10 minute bus trip (runs every 15 minutes & free to use) Really enjoyed my stay 🙂"
