"Bardzo niepozorny hotel. Duży parking, bardzo czysty i duży pokój ze świeżo wyremontowaną łazienką. Bardzo wygodne i duże łóżka, duże łóżeczko dziecięce. Bardzo dużo ręczników, zapewnione szampon i mydło. Na parterze hotelu znajduje się restauracja z pysznym klasycznym jedzeniem austriackim. Śniadanie podawane jest również w restauracji. Świeże pieczywo, wędliny, sery, wędzony łosoś, jogurty, kawa, herbata, owoce, smarowidła, musli, ciasteczka. Na życzenie jajka w rożnej postaci. Śniadanie było pyszne. Wygodny dojazd. Bardzo pomocne informacje w pokoju w formie książeczki, między innymi gdzie w pobliżu zatankować, jakie są restauracje w okolicy, gdzie jest szpital."
"Recepcja, winda i korytarze w starym stylu, przy czym w windzie nie pachniało najlepiej. W restauracji brak menu w języku angielskim, obsługa wychodziła z założenia, że to Ty masz ich zrozumieć, a nie oni Ciebie."

"Sehr tolle Lage am Kurpark, ruhig und erholsam. Gut bürgerliches Restaurant mit österreichischen Speisen und Budvar aus dem Tank. Wasserkocher wurde auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Zimmer geräumig und ruhig. Der Bus Richtung Zentrum fährt direkt vor dem Hotel los. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Für uns war der Aufenthalt perfekt."
