"A lovely hotel in a fantastic location in the heart of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and maps of the town were freely available at the reception along with other tourist information leaflets. The breakfast, which was included in the price of the room had a more than plentiful choice to satisfy me and with a limitless supply of coffee and juice it was a great way to start the day. The room itself was large and comfortable and the bonus of a kettle with tea and coffee for pre breakfast refreshment is always a nice touch The bathroom was exceptional with a big bath and fabulous shower. The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the old town. A short walk to the covered bazaar and vibrant street of the area. The hotel was also in the heart of the Nightlife, and although it was surrounded by bars and restaurants, noise levels in the hotel were minimal if not nonexistent at night. Altogether a great place to stay and I will definitely return there."

"Od mog prvog koraka u objekat docekao me ljubazni mladi momak na recepciji. Soba je zaista udobna i komforna, cista, ima sve potrebno cak i da nema tu je ljubazno osoblje koje je spremno pomoci odmah. Dorucak je raznovrstan. U sklopu hotela ima kafe gdje se serviraju kafe. Jedna od kafa koju sam probala je WHITE MOCHA(must). Carsija je 200m udaljena. Zaista sve super. Svaka cast. I vracam se ponovo na vise noci."

"Her şeyi çok beğendik. Otelin konumu çok iyi bir yerde ve her yere çok yakın. Başçarşı'ya yürüme mesafesinde, Ferhadiye Caddesi'nin hemen yanında hatta direkt caddenin üzerinde diyebiliriz, Kutsal Kalp Katedrali'nin yanında. Biz 202 nolu odada kaldık. Odamızın manzarası ve içi harikaydı ayrıca temizdi. Odada bir adet televizyon ve mini buzdolabı vardı biz kullanmadık ancak ikisi de çalışıyordu. Ayrıca hem oda hem su sıcaktı. Kahvaltı her sabah 07:30-10:30 arasında ve açık büfeydi. Her şey lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve iletişim konusunda ilgililerdi. Bize her konuda yardımcı oldular. Resepsiyon hep açık. Otelin girişinde kafesi de mevcut, tatlı bir kafe. Saraybosna'ya bir daha gelirsek yine bu otelde kalacağız."

"La struttura è in pieno centro di Baščaršija, posizione ideale per girare la città a piedi. Wifi funziona benissimo in tutti i piani. Colazione varia e abbondante. Personale cordiale e disponibile h 24."

"In inverno stanze molto calde ma non è la questione della struttura quanto edifici vecchi che hanno il riscaldamento in comune tra loro. Passi comunque in maniera repentina dai -4gradi di fuori ai 26 gradi dentro."
