"Bardzo komfortowy hotel. Pięknie zlokalizowany w średniowiecznych zabudowaniach opartych o mury obronne miasta. Stylizowany, bogaty wystrój. Wygodne, duże pokoje i łazienki. Świetne łózka, pościel, ręczniki ... . Bardzo dobre śniadanie, choć forma serwowania (zamawianiu u obsługi z ograniczonego i przekazywanego ustnie menu) nieco kłopotliwa. Lokalizacja w centrum bardzo tłumnie odwiedzanej i wypełnionej lokalami dzielnicy. Gwar ulicy i imprez, choć trwa do późnej nocy, nie ma wpływu na komfort. Wystarczy zamknąć okna ;)."

"The hotel is located in Trebinje old city centre in a pedestrian area, but there is plenty of public parking spots not too far. The location is perfect, close to all city attractions, bars and restaurants. The room we stayed was in an ancient building recently renewed and has access to the swimming pools which unfortunately we could not use because the weather was bad, but which look very nice."

"Whilst the location had stunning views it was a little over 3.5 miles to the old town where all the restaurants and bars are so it was an hour plus walk. A five minute walk to the bus stop where there is a public bus that goes every hour which is only €1"

"The hotel is better than its photos. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and cheerful. The location was a 10/10. Our breakfast was the only meal I needed all day because it was so hearty. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Location is exceptional in old town. Jelena at reception was terrific. Charming, well-appointed, quiet rooms in a beautiful building annexe from the main building, with magnificent decor. All staff were exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast was plentiful and every table ordered something off the menu with no worries at all. It was a very uncomplicated, relaxing stay."

"Charging for in-room coffee (which we didn’t have) was disappointing. Even a basic motel provides complimentary, in-room tea and coffee. Probably out of hotel’s hands, but the archeological dig made a rocky mud bath from annexe to main building. It’s a trip hazard and not accessible for people with disabilities. They need a temporary plank pathway constructed."
