"Viviane was very helpful when we arrived explaining where to go during our stay in Bruges. The stairs are a little steep so may not be suitable for elderly travellers or those with a physical disability but the room was comfortable."

"The host was very welcoming and helpful, and informed us about most important city spots and events during our stay. The apartment is located in the city center, but in a calm, side street, so it was really quiet. The room is nothing fancy, but it's lovely and comfortable. There are also thick curtains (not totally blackout, but enough) and mosquito window screen, so during warmer nights you can keep the window open all time. The bathroom was nice and clean, and all necessary toiletries, towels and bed linen supplied. There was also a small fridge available in the corridor, so you can actually leave some fresh food there, if you need."

"Close to bus from train station. Viviene was a wonderful host and wealth of local knowledge. Bruge is a lovely walkable town and we were centrally located. Plenty of hot water and everything clean and tidy for our stay. Family room large and comfortable for our family with kids age 12 and 16."

"I loved how homely it felt just perfect at the end of a day out sightseeing. Viviane was amazing and welcoming. Room and bathroom immaculate. I especially loved the ironed sheets and comfortable bed! I was only there two nights but would happily go back and tell others!"
