"Bardzo dobry kontakt z obiektem i szybką reakcja na zadawane pytania. Lokalizacja jest ok do centrum da się dojść spacerkiem. Pokój czysty, nie było problemu żeby zostawić klucz pomimo że było po godzinach funkcjonowania recepcji. W telewizji kanały anglojęzyczne."

Aside from that, everything else was very good, and we enjoyed our stay overall. We would still recommend Hotel Aris and hope this small issue can be improved for future guests."

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
