"Niesamowity wystrój wnętrza pokoju, cały hotel ma niepowtarzalny styl już wchodząc do recepcji która nie ma zbyt dużej powierzchni ale jest pięknie zaaranżowana przechodzi się do niewielkiego lobby które również ma swój klimat. Bezproblemowe wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Sympatyczna, uprzejma i pomocna obsługa. Parking w cenie. Przy wyjeździe żona otrzymała piękną różę symbol doliny Kazanłyk. The interior of the room is amazing, the whole hotel has a unique style, as soon as you enter the reception area, which is not too large but is beautifully arranged, you go to a small lobby which also has its own atmosphere. Hassle-free early check-in. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Parking included. Upon departure, the wife received a beautiful rose, the symbol of the Kazanlak valley."

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Fast check in, parking available and free. The room was beautiful, the bathroom just the same. With fluffy towels and lovely soap. I had a little balcony, as I was there just for two nights I spent most of. My time out taking photos of various attractions. Bed was comfortable or at least it was for me. Little fridge in cupboard if you did need it to keep your food or drinks cool. Short walk from the Rosarium and the tomb, short walk to restaurants and coffee shops and little markets sorted around."

The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka!
