"Good location,50 metres from the main road in the old town and a 10 minute walk to the centre. Staff were all helpful and the swimming pool and sauna were great. Free shuttle bus service is a real plus"

"The rooms are looking tired but that's quite normal in Bulgaria. The gym was non existent and the equipment in there was dangerous.They would be better off just saying no gym The food although generally good was cold on the evening meal. Someone had pointed this out as the next evening the food warmer had been turned up"
