"The Sailboat Ragamuffin is a unique experience. You are staying in a sailboat moored off of Water Island, where your hosts live after sailing the Caribbean for 30 years. They are a font of information and anecdotes about the US virgin islands and others. Jo is an accomplished chef and strives to give you the food types you desire. They pick you up by dinghy on the Crown Marina dock, and will take you by dinghy over to Water Island. In my case, I had two berths (bedrooms and bathrooms) on the boat, rocked to sleep by the rolling of the boat on the water. Don't miss going to water island, golf cart to Limestone Beach (coral reef) and Honeymoon Beach (the latter has turtles swimming around)"

The listing didn't make it quite clear what the accommodation would be - it described an apartment and a pool view. I thought it might be a houseboat on a dock. The pool view is the sea around the boat!

"Ein außergewöhnliches und unvergessliches Karibikerlebnis! Absolut zu empfehlen! Der Gastgeber Franck ist sehr nett und er erklärt auch wunderbar die Handhabung des Dingis, so dass man auch jederzeit an Land gehen kann. Möchte man aber bei so einem paradiesischen Hausboot gar nicht :-). Mehr Karibik geht nicht!"

"Extremely friendly staff! Very nice surroundings, excellent location on the river. Delicious food with enormous portions. Simple, but clean and cozy. Fishing possibility on site."

Bathroom is needing little repair works.

"W tym domku trzeba być :) nie jest to pokój pełen luksusow takich jak wanna czy kuchnia ;) ale daje niesamowitą możliwość odpoczynku, obcowania z naturą. Jest urokliwy i romantyczny. Łóżko jest wygodne, wyposażone w dodatkowe koce gdyby w nocy zrobiło się chłodniej. W domku jest dostępna toaleta turystyczna żeby w nocy nie trzeba było płynąć łódka ;) jest również mała lodoweczka, czajnik i podstawowa zastawa stołowa. Normalna toaleta, łazienka z prysznicem oraz zadaszone miejsce żeby zjeść posiłek znajduje się na brzegu. Około 5 minut spacerkiem znajduje się restauracja a 30 minut - sklepik w miejscowości Usma"
