They were friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. The shops were also within walking distance, which was very convenient. "We liked the location being a short walk from San Ignacio town centre but a little quieter. Lucy was really helpful & happy to give advice on tours & restaurants. The room was clean, cosy & a good size. It was nice having access to the kitchen to make coffee, store things in the fridge, & I liked that there was filtered water available."

"Super clean, safe, super friendly Lucy and her mother, as well as William. If you WhatsApp them, they will revert to you in a timely manner. Super easy to organize private transfer to/ from Belize City. I enjoyed my 3 nights and would definitely come back!"

"Well equipped space with access to a kitchen with refrigerator, TV with many channels, free drinkable water. Very convenient location less than 10 minute walk to the center of San Ignacio. The owner Lucy was fantastic - she helped with ideas about what to do/where to eat, dried our wet clothes from our tubing adventure for us and was very responsive to any problems we had. She is a great host!"
"The inn is on a somewhat busy road and my husband was bothered by the road noise (it did not bother me but my husband is a very light sleeper). Lucy moved us to a room at the back of the building and that was much quieter. Also the water in the shower is just warm, not hot"
"The host is absolutely lovely! Very helpful and kind. I felt safe and comfortable staying there The room was big and had everything you need in it. I liked that the host provided water, there’s laundry services, and if you need a pot or pan that’s not around to cook with she was quick to provide anything extra you needed."
"My room had cobwebs at the bathroom sink and by the towel bars (which I found odd because you’d think it’d be cleaned well before a guest arrives). The lounge chair had a layer of black dirt at the edges."
