"We were late in arriving. The proprietor was very understanding and did not make any fuss."

"A very pleasant and cozy place with exceptional care for guests. We needed to use a barbecue and a grill, and the hosts kindly provided us with a perfectly clean, new grill with charcoal. They checked several times to make sure we had everything we needed — it was really thoughtful. The rooms are not new, but they are clean and well kept, with fresh, comfortable bedding. A lovely atmosphere — we truly felt at home. We would gladly stay here again!"

"Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable as to what there was to do & recommending places to eat. Was so happy that they recommended going to Baddeck. Lovely quaint town. I was also able to find some of my ancestors from the late 1800s. That made my trip all the more memorable. Would definitely recommend this establishment. Made doing Cabot Trail very easy as they were right there."
"Really wasn't anything I didn't like. But there wasn't anywhere where you could get breakfast to start your day. There's a restaurant next door that's closed owner had retired ."
