"We stayed for one night & it met our needs. We were in room #10, an end unit of the motel portion: a room with a private bathroom, bed, dresser, television, fridge, coffee machine with (mild) coffee & sugar provided, private outdoor seating area that directly overlooks the St. Lawrence River (with a narrow, quiet roadway in between) & has a clear view of the sunset (tip: if you go across the narrow roadway, you won't have the power lines in your photos!), an outdoor communal seating area. The woman working in reception was attentive and welcoming. In fact, shortly prior to our stay, she had noticed I was double booked for the motel and assisted me remedy the situation. During check-in, she gave us a recommendation for supper at a nearby restaurant which was helpful & appreciated."

"No complaints. In my experience, the Booking photos are accurate. There were no surprises. We prefer strong coffee which we don't tend to expect from most accommodations so we brought our own."

"No hairdryer in the room, lumpy pillows and musty damp smell in number 5. Number 15 was much better. The price was far more expensive than some of the three/ four star places we have stayed. Everything in the area was already closed for the season but this was not reflected in the price nor description on booking.com The units are not soundproof as advertised, we could hear the person next door continually coughing and when they took a shower."
