Bern Youth Hostel

"This place is fabulous. Location is amazing, right at the heart of the city so you can walk everywhere. Beautiful view, comfortable beds, great breakfast included in the price, super nice staff, and overall a great vibe."

"The only uncool thing was that I had an early train to catch but even that was remediated a bit by the staff being cool and letting me grab a couple of things from the breakfast buffet before it was open."

"The location is excellent, the staff amazing, the room perfect, the views unbeatable!"

"The only thing I didn't like was the pillow, but I guess that's very personal. I didn't find them very comfortable."

"Well located, within walking distance of the station."

"I couldn’t find a socket to charge phone etc beside the bed."

"The location, it's clean and quiet, breakfast is included in the price, the beds are quite comfortable, the stuff is friendly and informative"

"Everything was satisfying, really good value for money"

"The location is perfect as the cable car and transportation was for free it gave extra comfort. Beds were comfortable. It was extremely quite in the area. Breakfast was good. The reception if im not mistaken her name was Ellen and she gives special atmosphere to the hostel itself. Very positive, helpful and has very kind heart."

"No shower gel in shower cabins, not always soap in toilets."

"Easy access to the hostel and is located along the river, just behind the old town. Staff are very friendly and very helpful in ensuring you have a comfortable stay"

"I went during the off-season, so there wasn't much of a social vibe at the time but a good place to rest."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the hostel was excellent and the staff were very friendly, especially during breakfast. Breakfast was sufficient and the team was always helpful. They responded to our messages very quickly and the view from the hostel was amazing."

"However, although I had requested a corner room in advance, it was not arranged. The baby cot could have been better. We also asked for the trash in the room to be taken out and for clean towels, but even though they said it would be done, the bathroom bin was not emptied and no fresh towels were provided. It would be great if they could pay a bit more attention to these details."

"Walking distance to main attractions and train station"

"Dinner to purchase not available"

"Location was excellent. It was easy to get around. Also breakfast, this was great with good choices. I recommended it 100%."

"Shower rooms are very small."
