"The staff were great. The spa area was also nice. The food was excellent if a bit overpriced, however this is Switzerland. Thought the room could have been a bit bigger."
"There was a lot of noisy construction work happening at the front of the building. As we used booking.com this was not mentioned upon booking and there was no discount or apology offered. We would have upgraded to a lake view room otherwise."

"The swimming pool, the views on the lake, the location, and how kid friendly it was! They were super lovely and super accomodating. The location is superb and it is absolutely adapted to kids (they even gave our little one a bathrobe for his size!)."

"Der Wellnessbereich war eher mau, für diesen Preis habe ich mehr erwartet. Leider ist zurzeit direkt vor dem Hotel eine Grossbaustelle, was die Aussicht zerstört. Das Bett war leider sehr hart. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel aber viel zu teuer."

"Es ist ein familiär geführtes, wunderbares Hotel. Zimmer und Flure sind in die Jahre gekommen aber gut in Schuss gehalten. Matratze war hart und unbequem für mich. Es war grosse Baustelle vor dem Haus. Aber für grosse Projekte muss ab und zu gebaut werden. Ich hatte als Geburtstags Gast zum Frühstück schon Kerze am Tisch mit Gratulation und Abends Flasche Sekt im Zimmer. Es war sehr rührend und angenehm. Wellness Bereich war schön gestaltet waren immer Plätze frei Pool innen und Außen gut geheizt. Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es waren schöne Momente. Vielen Dank liebes Team."
