"Fantastic friendly and helpful staff, English spoken and overall good value with the breakfast. Room was neat and comfortable. Quite busy in the inbetween season so they must do things well."

"Location was fine for us as we used the bus service but it is close to the West station and most activities connect to the East station, not a major problem just be aware of this."

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I particularly liked the system of keys to enter the hotel and then to the room, it made access trouble free. Very close to the Interlaken West station."

"I had no complaints."

"You can't bring warm food in the room"

"The wonderful woman on reception was really helpful and gave us great advice on a walking route with amazing views of the Eiger, Moench and Jungfrau mountains. She also had a very good recommendation for where to find a reasonably priced restaurant with excellent vegetarian/vegan options. We were also able to leave our luggage there until the evening on the day we left."
