"The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the train station. All the staff are super friendly and nice! The room is extremely clean and cozy, and the view from my single room is wonderful."

"I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, which was extremely convenient and one of the highlights of my stay."
"Unfortunately, some of the facilities did not meet my expectations. The iron provided in my room was not working, so I went to reception to request a replacement. The second iron I was given had a broken water lid. I immediately informed the staff about this, but I was advised that it was fine to use despite its condition. I found this response concerning, as using a damaged iron could be hazardous and felt unprofessional. While the location is excellent, I believe more attention should be given to the maintenance of facilities and to ensuring guest safety."
"Very near from Interlaken west station and the coop supermarket. Also near so many other shops cafes and restaurants and unterseen! The lady at the reception also gave us free early check-in, which was so nice and gracious!"

"Hotel was good value for what I paid. If they wanted to charge more they could consider renovating the property as it’s a bit old, but overall clean and met all my needs. The location was great, across the road from Interlaken West trains and buses, and tons of food around. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff were kind."
