"Przynajmniej już samym pokojem i wygodnymi łóżkami zgasili moje nerwy z początku ale system zamykania otwierania pokoju moim zdaniem zbyt przekombinowany."
"Na początku powstał problem z dostaniem się do środka bo po przybyciu o godzinie 18 hotel był zamknięty!!!! Dopiero po zerknięciu w wiadomości na skrzynce bookinga wysłanej po godzinie 14 tego samego dnia dowiedziałem się jakim patentem mam sobie otworzyć hotel!!!! Recepcja miała być otwarta do 20! a tu taki zoonk. Tak nie powinno być!!!! Ogarnijcie sie z takimi akcjami!!!"
