"Przynajmniej już samym pokojem i wygodnymi łóżkami zgasili moje nerwy z początku ale system zamykania otwierania pokoju moim zdaniem zbyt przekombinowany."

"Na początku powstał problem z dostaniem się do środka bo po przybyciu o godzinie 18 hotel był zamknięty!!!! Dopiero po zerknięciu w wiadomości na skrzynce bookinga wysłanej po godzinie 14 tego samego dnia dowiedziałem się jakim patentem mam sobie otworzyć hotel!!!! Recepcja miała być otwarta do 20! a tu taki zoonk. Tak nie powinno być!!!! Ogarnijcie sie z takimi akcjami!!!"

"Central location, close to the lake and all the action, cozy and comfortable bed, accesa quite ok even you don’t make until the 8pm last check in hour, breakfast could be more diversified though."

"Hard to communicate with the personnel, since they don''t speak English at all. Unless you speak Italian you are lost. VERY warm room, nobody could tell me how to turn off the heaters. Small single beds. Poor breakfast."
