"Super comfortable bed, clean and spacious room. Quiet. Large walk in shower with good water power. Great espresso coffee machine. Breakfast was buffet style. Adequate although not a huge selection."

"I didn’t expect to have a completely worn out chair to sit on. It needs replacing. Some of the furniture is scratched and looking a bit tired."

"The hotel is a bit old-fashioned in style, but in a good way. It was nice and welcoming. I had a small and simple single room, but it had all that I needed. The bed was comfortable and overall it was perfect for a quick stay. Perfect location for further travel (opposite the train station + direct bus to the airport in front of the station)."

"Comfortable large room with very nice bed and shower and located in a superb central location next to Basel SBB. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Gym was pretty tiny (no bench or kettlebells), the combined weights machine wasn't the best either. My room (front facing) was a little noisy when the trams start out front early @4am."

"Best location and best customer service. Receptionists are very professional. The hotel has beautiful lounge and a piano with a regular pianist. They also provide adaptor to convert other countries to Swiss electic powerboard."
