"Hotel w mojej ocenie bardzo dobry, celowo wybrany w takiej lokalizacji. Pani Mikhaela na recepcji bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna. Dodatkowo warto wiedzieć, że obok recepcji można się napić darmowej dobrej kawy z ekspresu, nie tracąc czasu po przylocie na szukanie kawiarenek, jak chce się szybko rozpocząć zwiedzanie :) Według mnie położenie hotelu sprawia, że do najciekawszych miejsc Bazylei jest naprawdę blisko, głównie w promieniu ok. 1,5 kilometra. Oczywiście można też korzystać z Basel Card i za darmo poruszać się komunikacją publiczną. Niemniej na piechotę brzegiem Renu nawet do Mostu 3 Krajów (Narodów) jest raptem nieco ponad 4km, tak więc ja poszedłem na piechotę :)"

"Szwajcarska dyskretna elegancja. Na śniadanie oddzielnie podany każdy plasterek szynki i pod szklem także kilka plasterków sera. Dobra kawa, wygodne łóżka, niedaleko do centrum. Jak zwykle w Szwajcarii dla każdego gościa w ramach zakwaterowania bezpłatna karta na komunikację miejską. Profesjonalny personel."

"Chyba wszystko w porządku. Można ewentualnie rozbudować śniadania i wymienić mydła na tradycyjne. Brak serwisu do kawy i herbaty, o który do pokoju trzeba poprosić, o czym nie wiedzieliśmy."

"The hotel was in a beautiful building and had a great location. It also provided a Basel Card, which allowed us to use public transportation for free. There were tram and bus stops right in front of the hotel. In the morning, complimentary croissants, coffee, and fruit were offered. The staff were very polite."

"We don't have a breakfast. Really like the location of hotel. Daily urban transportation coupon was amazing, tram station is next to hotel. We have tried Restaurant at the ground floor and it was really good. Our room is so clean and comfortable"

"There should be a mini fridgerator in the room. Short accommodations for foreigners, it is really be needed. Also, Reception staff declared to us we have discount on Resslirytti Restaurant at the ground floor, but when we went to there, restaurant staff said that we don't have any discount due to the accommodation in Resslirytti Hotel. Although Restaurant staff made little treats to us."

"Charming little hotel, very well located for using the tram with direct lines deserving the major attractions. The staff was absolutely lovely as well, always willing to help and friendly. Coffee and croissants provided."

"The only downside I'd say for me is that was no "big breakfast" so for someone who does two meals, it could be a bit inconvenient resulting in time loss or money for budgeting reasons. But there are supermarkets around so it's possible to get a cheap(er) option."

"I couldn’t fault the Hotel at all. The rooms were clean and a good size, comfy bed. The staff were lovely and friendly and gave us some good information about what to visit and a fab Cheese Fondue restaurant, thank you to the young lady on Friday morning and Chris, brilliant service. We also received free tickets for transport from the Hotel, amazing! For breakfast you could have Tea and Coffee and a croissant to see you through for a bit. Lots of little perks we didn’t expect. The Restaurant attached was also really enjoyable and we only had to walk downstairs!! Thank you all."
