Breakfast was delicious and consisted of some of the local specialties and home made treats, which was a pleasant bonus. Staff are friendly and very helpful - special thanks goes to Anna at the reception desk for her warm hospitality, helpful tips and general good humor. Interactions with her made all the positive difference in our stay."

"This stay was a very special place as it overlooked the most beautiful blue lake. Our room was on the upper floor, very private with our own bathroom, which was a must for us. Our room was very warm and cozy and the views overlooked the lake which were amazing.The house had great character authentic in everyway and a pleasure to stay in. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating and very happy to please. Our breakfast was fresh yogart amd fruit with several different types of granola, bread, tea/coffee and an option of eggs. The dining area had the wooden beams and the windows looked out to the lake. We would highly recommend this place and tell you it's a must if you are in the area. Also hiked up to a waterfall nearby and drove along the mountains in the surrounding area... What a treat, we would unquestionably recommend this place!"

"Perfect location for the Sunegga funicular lift and Flexrent ski shop around the corner. Bus stop to Matterhorn Ski Paradise 1 min walk away. Rooms well appointed and the balcony view of the Matterhorn didn’t disappoint. Near to shops/Migros. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of cereals, meats/cheese/pastries/fruit and your choice of eggs/bacon and selection of coffee options and juice to wash it all down. The spa and pool were excellent. A complimentary lift to/from Zermatt train station was most welcome. But the most stand out point for us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff team. Thank you Gabriel and Team for making our stay memorable."

"The hotel building is wonderful. It compliments the story of Mustair and its UNESCO status convent and the breathtaking scenery of Val Mustair. A clever mix of old and new. It felt so special to know its history from theexplanations and antiques in the building. We adored our apartment. Spotlessly clean and so comfortable. We could have stayed for ever. Very well equipt for self catering but also close to many super places to eat. Very friendly and helpful managers who went out of their way to make our visit to Mustair enjoyable. To sum up one of the nicest hotels in Switzerland I have stayed in."
