The family-run Obiekt Seraina is located at 1,800 metres above sea level in the centre of Sils-Maria. It features a hammam i sauna area, an underground car park, and a children's playroom. All rooms in the Seraina Zajazd are furnished in Alpine style, offer panoramic mountain views and have a private bathroom. Swiss specialities and international cuisine are served in the sala restauracyjna and on the summer terrace. The lobby offers free Wi-Fi and an internet terminal. The Furtschellas Cable Car is 800 metres away from the Gościniec Seraina and is easily reachable by public bus from the stop next to the obiekt. A cross-country ski run is only 50 metres away. Diving is possible at the nearby Sils and Silvaplana Lakes. Divers can dry their equipment and fill their oxygen bottles at the rezydencja. In winter, ice diving courses are offered. Public transport (bus and train) is available for free in the Upper Engadine region. During summer, guests can also use all cable cars and lifts free of charge for stays of 2 of more nights.

"Bliskość dworca, 10 min na pieszo i sklepów (Aldi). Miły personel, mogliśmy zostawić bagaże aż do 21 w recepcji, co się rzadko zdarza. Prywatna lazienka była czysta, było w niej to co potrzebne. Ludzie narzekają na hałas w mieszkaniu, jednak przy zamkniętym oknie nie jest to problem. W pokoju znajduje się wentylator"
