"super schöne Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung, liebevoll und sehr praktisch eingerichtet 24/7 Bioladen war sehr gut zu benutzen, sehr gut durchdachtes Konzept, auch das Café in Intragna war super sowohl von der Lage, als auch von der Freundlichkeit und den Leckereien.."

"Bahnhof war wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt. Keine Hinweise zum Weg zur Ersatzbushaltestelle Fehlende Information über Weg nach Intragna, ob zu Fuß möglich oder nur mit dem Auto"

"Ein wunderschönes kleines altes Häuschen am Hang, ganz ruhig gelegen, trotzdem nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Bahnhof, super schön und komfortabel eingerichtet, 2 kleine, süße Terrassen mit herrlichem Ausblick, direkter Einstieg in schöne Wanderrouten und nur ein paar Autominuten bis in den nächsten größeren Ort. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt gleich zweimal verlängert. Sehr nette Gastgeber obendrein! Absolute Empfehlung!"

"We were blown away by this hotel. The communication and information before we arrived was prompt and friendly. The staff were wonderful - really welcoming, friendly and full of good advice. On request they booked restaurants for us and advised of discounts and they even arranged a taxi pick up when we got stuck in Chatel in bad weather. The hotel itself is beautiful, nicely designed and spotlessly clean. The rooms were a good size with lovely views and the shower and bathroom were excellent. The sauna, hammam and hot tub were a nice touch. We were skiing so the location was great with a quick walk to the lift and if you timed it right you could get a free bus back to the door. I have a feeling we will be back"

We were lucky with the weather and took advantage of the outdoor seating and lounge chairs.
