"Extremely beautiful place. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the view is amazing. You have access to the beach and a beautiful terrace to spend the evening when the children are in bed. The double cabin has even 2 bathrooms."

"Not super baby/children proof, there are beds for babies but no baby chair. To sit at the dining table you have a bench, so is very difficult to eat with a toddler. The staff could be friendlier during the check in. They basically come with the credit card machine, ask you to pay and don't explain anything about the place. There is also no information of the sorroundings in the cabin. During a walk we got to know there were kayaks, lying chairs, hottubs and a place to do a bbq. I had to check on the website the prices and so on. We had a noise problem the first night from neighbours listening to loud music till night and the host was unable to quiet them, they kept playing music till 2am."

"Cabañas Borgolafquen is a resort with a number of cabins. Our cabin was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of Panguipulli Lake. Our three bedroom cabin was spacious and well stocked with supplies. The only source of heat is the wood stove, which most of the time was not necessary to use. It was quiet and peaceful and the town of Panguipulli was about a 15 minute drive. The location was great for exploring the area."

"I was not aware that the place is pretty far (14km) from restaurants and stores. But it offers a perfect kitchen.. so bring your own food and drinks and cook yourself, it’s worthy!!"

"Everything! The property was spotless and the view was incredible. You are ON the lake! We had some cold days and nights and Sergio always made sure we had lots of wood and the fire was always on. The house was super warm and incredibly cozy, and has everything you need. It is one of the most beautiful settings we have ever stayed in. I cannot wait to go back and would recommend these cabañas to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Panguipulli. Thank you for everything Sergio and Paola!"

"El lugar es muy tranquilo y familiar. La cabaña está frente al lago, se baja una escalera y llegas a la playa, tiene una vista hermosa y es muy acogedora. La ubicación es muy central, cerca de parques nacionales, termas, lagos y pueblos con todos los servicios que necesitas."

"Algunos detalles: es muy calurosa en las tardes, se podrían poner cortinas blackout y persianas y ubicar mejor el toldo o colocar techo a la terraza. Hacen falta más sillas de terraza y de playa. La cocina se podría equipar mejor. El precio debería ser por cabaña y no por número de ocupantes."
