"bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa mówiąca po angielsku i hiszpańsku, czysty pokój, łazienka, możliwość odebrania lunch boxa zamiast śniadania w razie wczesnego wyjścia z hostelu, w pokoju były kaloryfery, wygodne łóżko, sporo miejsca na przechowywanie rzeczy, ogólnie bardzo przyjemna atmosfera, wszędzie blisko, ok 5-10 min spacerem"

"Przesympatyczni właściciele sprawiający że pobyt jest czystą przyjemnością. Bardzo pomocni, sympatyczni i uśmiechnięci od samego rana. Pożywne śniadanie, a w przypadku wcześniejszej pobudki box. Bardzo czysto i przyjemnie. Blisko do centrum i na dworzec."

"Hektor, właściciel, był bardzo uprzejmy, miły, nadzwyczaj pomocny. Uśmiechnięty i do dyspozycji gości praktycznie w każdej chwili. Bardzo się z żoną starali o to, by goście byli z pobytu zadowoleni."

"The room was warm, cosy and comfortable. Well laid out with plenty of storage space. Breakfast was great.. fresh to the table, plenty of variety. Location was good... a short walk in to the main street and close to a small supermarket and coffee shops. Best of all was being able to leave our luggage whilst hiking in Torres del Paine, coming back and the luggage is already in our room ready for a much needed hot shower. We were told check in could wait until after we were clean and warm.. this was a lovely gesture and much appreciated."

"This was a great hostel. The rooms were so comfortable and it was amazing value for money. They staff went over and above to help and we even left our packs here while we did the O trekk for a week and it was free as we stayed 2 nights. Also a great location"

"Great location, you can walk to the bus station and the city center. It has restaurants around it too. The room was really clean and the breakfast was good, whether it was at the hostal or to take away. The staff is super friendly and they have an express laundry service."

"Since walls are thin you could sometimes hear other guests, but it didn't disturb our sleep."

"Room was clean & comfortable. In a good location. Hector was very helpful. Nice that you could make tea / coffee all day and there was also a microwave. Great for our stop off."

"Perfect Hostel for hikes in Torres del Paine. Extremely clean. Highly comfortable beds. Great Breakfast. Excellent and very nice and friendly staff. Impeccable organisation eve with the luggage’s we left there (we stayed there before and after the W Trek)."
