"We cannot confirm the negative reviews. We had a lovely stay. The garden is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The dog and two cats are very cute and cuddly. Another positive point is that the room was cleaned daily. Contrary to some negative comments, we were charged the amount we booked 👍🏻"

"The reception desk was rarely, if ever, staffed, which was a shame as we were unable to ask questions. For example, a bell or sign could be installed here so that guests are aware of this."

"I liked pretty much everything, the bed was comfortable, it was warm during nights. The girl in the hostel was cleaning every day. Hostel was very lively and there were very nice common areas and terrace. Kitchen well-equipped, staff very nice and helpful. You can book tours through hostel. San Pedro is small town so it was close to everything you need. There was cute doggie in the hostel, she was an absolute sweetheart."

"The location is excellente, near the Caracoles, maybe five minutes walking, near a DIABILLO restaurant, La Franchutería and some small markets. The accomodetion is very good, the commun places inside the is good."

"A wonderful hostel with clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff, a unique layout, spacious, open air, with a elevated platform to view the town, tastefully decorated inside and out. Close to town center and super mercado. Would definitely stay again."

"Not permitted to wash clothes and only option is to send to outside laundry service. . I have some delicate lightweight clothing that I prefer to wash myself."

"Love the location, the outdoor area is beautifully done and relaxing, with a really cool roof terrace where you get a 360 view of the surrounding landscapes. good sized rooms and comfortable clean beds. The hosts were very kind, welcoming and helpful! The cats are also lovely and playful! the bathrooms are also both good sized and very clean, with good hot water in the showers."

"It lacks some facilities, such a towels to dry hands and dishes, hand soap in the bathrooms (this does exist but it’s in the kitchen) and would suggest a bigger area for preparing food. But this didn’t take away from my experience. :)"

"Great place to stay and it has everything you may need. They have lockers outside the rooms but does not fit big bags, they have a very pleasant place to relax with chairs in the back, a nice rooftop where you can see the Vulcan and a good kitchen (it closes at 10pm and opens at 7am). Always request your key, you need to rent it, but they lock the front door until 7 am. It is very close to the center in San Pedro, with all restaurants and shops, like 10 min walk. I really recommend it. It is a simple place, not luxury, for backpackers who just wanna relax and stay at a cheap and quiet place."
