"We had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the metro, which made getting around very easy. We also really appreciated the lounge access, which was very convenient, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Some members of the staff truly made a difference: a special mention goes to Jackson from the lounge for his exceptional service, and to the lovely lady who took care of our room on the 23rd floor, who was extremely kind, attentive, and thorough."

"On the downside, the view from our window wasn’t great, as it overlooked a construction site, and since we spent there eleven days, this was a bit unpleasant. The rooms also felt a bit dated, and not everything was working perfectly. Despite these issues, the excellent staff and great location made our stay enjoyable."

"The room was huge! Even though it's a little dated in design, it still gave a premium vibe. Everything you need is provided. It even came with a full fledged massage chair which is a first I've seen in any hotel."

"The bed was too soft. My advice is to remove the mattress topper as it'll feel much better. You can ask the cleaner to help you with it. Location wise, this is not the best, but still OK."

"This was a 20 out of 10. The facilities were awesome but the staff were fantastic. My suite was upgraded and after a long day working they had a massage chair in the room. I will definitely be going back"
