"Fantastyczny hotel. Klimatyczny, w stylu tybetańskim. Grzejnik mocno grzał i było naprawdę przyjemnie, pomimo chłodu na dworze. Świetna lokalizacja. Wspaniała obsługa. Byłam w Chinach w 4 hotelach i tylko w tym obsługa mówiła po angielsku. To na ogromny plus, również możliwość zamówienia europejskiego jedzenia. Polecam też każdemu pyszne herbaty. Polecam każdemu."

"What a beautiful little place, so full of character! The lovely family who own/run this place and live on site are the most accommodating and friendly. So centrally located, has everything you need - heater, electric blanket, hot water, tea and coffee always boiling on the fire downstairs. Food was yummy too - try the barley porridge!! No complaints at all, thanks guys :) oh and cute cats too"

"Clean, comfortable, and affordable rooms in a family home with character. Tenzin and his family are wonderful hosts - helpful, kind, curious, and accommodating. The hostel is centrally located in the heart of downtown Shangri-La and it is easy to get around, be it on foot, by bus, or by car."
"We had a tiny bit of trouble with the heating in our room (the electric blanket didn't work, and one of the electrical sockets was faulty so the heating unit turned off in the middle of the night). However, the comforter was thick and warm, and there was no problem a nice hot shower couldn't fix!"
