"I forgot my headphones at the property, and the owner told me about that and helped me get them back. Thank you, I really appreciate that!"

"Communication was straightforward. Place was clean and position is right in the city center. You are 5min walk to cafes and family activities. There are basic toiletries provided and wifi was good."

The noise. If it was not for this - the place would get 10. Part of it goes to the fact that yes you are in the city centre so you will hear some traffic. Part of it goes to insulation choice. However people who are used to this will sleep easily this was more of a note for my fellow light sleepers.
