"Platforma do obserwacji ptaków,czyste pokoje ,natura ,dodatkowo był bilar i piłkarzyki to też było fajne ,dla dzieci,Kolacja była ok ,ale żade szał smakowy za 25dolar spodziewałam sie coś lepszego ,plus ,ze dzieci mają pól ceny"

"Dziewczyna na recepcji przy odbieraniu przez nas kluczy ,zaczęla obsługiwac innych gości hotelowych ,mimo ,że my ciągle z nią rozmawialismy i chcielismy dowiedziec sie jakie Atrakcje proponuje hotel ,,w rezultacje zrezygnowalismy z tego ,po tym jak informacje przez panią były nie kompletne ,i byla zajeta innymi zostawiaja nas bez żadnego slowa pożegnania ,to bylo nie miłe...na śniadania jak również na kolacji ,to brakowało soli ,albo danie było nie komletne ,trzeba było z.każdym razem sie przypominac,zła obsuga ze strony tej pani (ta sama co jest na recepcji)na drugi dzień korzystalismy z Aras cafe i baru tapiru ,które sa oddalone 5 min od hotelu ...szkoda ,bo ośrodek jest ładny ,a obsługe trzeb sie prosic...nawet bedąc w barze po przyjeżdzie nikt nie zapytal czy chcemy cos do picia ,samemu trzeba było sie prosić i pytac ...nastepnym razem wybrala bym inny hotel"

"The very helpfull staff , the splendid natural environment at the bank of the river with relatednaturw. The restaurant serving local dishes for very reasonable prices. The nice winelist etc"

"The lodge was beautiful! The owner went above and beyond in helping us have a good stay. We had booked a trip to the King Vulture hide which was a bit of a wash out due to heavy rain so Alfonso the owner took us around on a drive to show us the area. Very kind! The staff were all super and the room itself was just stunning. We stayed in Corteza which overlooked the river and had an outdoor shower."

"The distance from the reception to the room was a bit of a trek up and down hill. More of a hindrance because of heavy rain. Once you were in the room the view made it worthwhile! There are 3 newly built chalets near reception if you want to avoid a long walk. The food could be improved. The pasta was delicious but the chicken was over cooked and the breakfast quite basic."

"Great location by a river - loads of birds and other wildlife. Loved the outdoor bathroom and the veranda with hammock and appreciated the fresh coffee and fridge in the room. We really enjoyed the river trip up to the Nicaraguan border especially that the boat picked us up right outside our cabin."

"Barhroom very beautiful… Lots of birds right at the lodge. Besutiful surroundings. Nice people."

"Loved this little hotel, rooms were located right on the river, with a little verandah area so you could spend time emersed in nature. Heliconias flowers attracted humming birds right next to where you sat. We had an outdoor shower, which was fun. Erica and Frances were helpful and kind. We also enjoyed the boat trip down the Rio San Carlos and were amazed by the variety of animals and birds seen. A great place to spend a couple of days 😁"

"The staff is very friendly and engaged, the view and the fresh air flow on the patio and the terace is really nice."

"All the outdoors feels. We only stayed one night and unfortunately the rain preventing us from doing the rainforest hike, but none the less we loved the stay. The outdoor bathroom / shower area was fantastic, as was the decking which looked out over the forest and river. Breakfast was great as well."
