"Everything Was Perfect 👌"
"Large modern house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fantastic setting with green flowery gardens, a small lovely pool and tennis and pickleball courts which we rented a few times. In total around 15 houses in the condominium. We stayed there for around a week and really enjoyed it. We had a car which made it easy to move around, but note that Nosara center and restaurants and beach is quite far away. Our neighbors however said they got around easily with a tuk-tuk and we saw several golf carts rentals. The house we got was reasonably well equipped, but towels were quite old and some plates were missing. Houses are built in around 2017 and in OK quality (not US/European quality). Management is super friendly and helpful, but a little laissez faire; around 10 spots/light bulps were not working, pool was not cleaning daily during windy days and full of leaves, etc. We would come back should we ever return to Nosara (and had an own vehicle)."

"- l’emplacement de la maison : à 5 mn de voiture de la plage Guiones, dans la jungle - la maison est spacieuse avec un porche devant et des chaises à bascule agréables - la piscine chaude et agréable - la machine à laver et à sécher"
"- draps tachés et serviettes tachées - toutes la robinetterie est à changer : une douche ne coule pas bien / l’autre éclabousse / mise à disposition de quelques miniatures de gel douche et shampoing mais déjà utilisés - la cuisine est fonctionnelle au niveau des gros équipements (four/ frigo etc) pour autant il manque plein d’ustensiles (peu d’assiettes, peu de verres, aucun plat pour faire cuire dans le four). Le minimum tel que du café, du sel, du poivre et un peu d’huile aurait été sympathique. Pas de torchons"

"Eén tip voor de verhuurder. Droger functioneerde niet dus een wasrek was wenselijk geweest. Verder ben ik van mening dat er een föhn aanwezig moet zijn. Ook de hand / strand doeken waren aan vervanging toe."

"Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, był życzliwy i pomocny (chociaż w trakcie naszego pobytu był poza obiektem i mieliśmy kontakt tylko przez Whatsup). Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko pięknych miejsc i atrakcji. W domku jest dobre WiFi, jest farelka (bardzo potrzebna, bo noce są zimne!). Domek jest nowoczesny, ze świetnie wyposażoną kuchnią oraz dodatkowym tarasem (ze stołem i dwoma krzesłami) od strony lasu. Na terenie działki były poidełka dla kolibrów."

The owner is super nice and helpful, it's walking distance to the beach, options for food around, although keep in mind that at the closest entrance you have to pay to enter even in the evenings. The other entrance you don't have to, but it's a longer walk. Wifi and aircon works good."
"I\nLike to help clean and comfortable.The beds were and how obviously quiet they were meant to be.And the balcony was amazing addition. I found confusing.Where's the bathrooms had signs on them with specific numbers that seem to be assigned to room that were a little confusing.I'm not sure if there was a room there or if it was another room.It was a confusing sign that said number six or number five , but the bathroom souls probably could use more hooks on the wall , but other than that was great"
