Looming Hostel

"Hostel znajduje się około 20 minut od centrum, tuż przy głównej drodze. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna. Atmosfera miejsca odpowiada opisowi - większość wyposażenia pochodzi z drugiej ręki i upcyclingu, co tworzy "nietypowy" klimat przypominający studenckie mieszkanie. Pokój i łazienka były czyste. W łazience przydałyby się dodatkowe półki lub wieszak, żeby wygodniej odłożyć kosmetyczkę czy zawiesić ręcznik."

"It was cool and vintage looking and the fact that there was quiet and awesome people. I really liked that the people who stayed there were foringers. Sometimes its good to listen only english speaking people."

"I didnt like that we had to share the bathroom and that bathroom was quite cold."

"Hostel is really nicely decorated, it has all facilities you can need, full kitchen and also a nice common area (which I unfortunately didnt get to use). There are enough showers and toilets, they are also very clean! The staff is very kind and helpfull, speaks perfect English. There is a very extenstive breakfast for €5 which I can recommend! You cant find it for this price in the city. The room itsself had a very comfortable bed (I had a private room), modern interior, nice decor and is well heated in winter. There is a rooftop terrace which looked nice but was covered in snow when I was there. Location is about 15min walk to the old town and close to the train station, there is a bus stop around the corner. Good value for money, I will come back if I visit Tartu again!"

"I liked that i was there first time and everything was explained well, it was cozy. Mainly for younger travellers i think. I will come back. It waa veey clean othervise!"

"When travelling with kids it's always easier to prefer an accommodation with an elevator. I knew before booking that Looming hotel didn't have an elevator, but as we were staying for just 1 night, I didn't think it was going to be a problem. Managed to take a nasty fall on the stairs that even the staff member checking us in heard from behind closed door. She was very attentive and luckily I only got a big bruise. We were warned that the room might get cold but it was perfectly warm all night long despite it being pretty cold outside! Good value for money with great atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again."

"I understand that it's a people problem not a hostel problem, but dirty dishes were in the sink, the biobin had plastics in it. The kitchen was quite cold in the morning (it was the first real cold night this year.)"

"It's a great place with a special atmosphere, very cosy, warm and beautiful. The décoration is secondhand which gives it a nice crafty touch."
