"Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra bo w mieście a nie na wyspie. Standard hotelu dobry. Nie było w pokoju suszarki do włosów i czajnika ale jak poprosiliśmy to dostaliśmy. Wzięliśmy z hotelu wycieczkę do Abu Simbel w dobrej cenie, więc polecamy. W nocy jest dosyć głośno bo hotel jest przy deptaku z bazarem, radzę wziąć zatyczki do uszu które zresztą się przydają w wielu miejscach w Egipcie bo zazwyczaj jest głośno nocą. To był nasz najdroższy nocleg w Egipcie ale w Asuanie noclegi w mieście są drogie w stosunku do tych na wyspie, nie wiem dlaczego."

"Staff we met are very good and helpful - Omnia & Walid on Reception and Abdelraham in the restaurant. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the railway station, walking through the souk. The noise from the souk didn't affect the hotel."

"Our first room was noisy from the nearby mosque because the windows didn't close properly, but our second room was very good. We even booked an extra night here."

"The Lady manager was extremely helpful. I do not remember her name. Her shift was was morning until 4.00pm. A really nice, kind and accommodating lady. She is a real asset to the hotel, as were all the staff. But she shone."

"This was a lovely hotel. Everything advertised was delivered. We asked for an early check-in, and this was accommodated at no charge. The staff were friendly and helpful. All areas of the hotel were spotless and the decor was really nice. It was quiet at night, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical Egyptian food and very plentiful. Very central location literally next to a great souk and a short walk to the river Nile. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone. 10/10"

"Very comfortable bed and soft pillows. Large shower with strong water flow. Decent breakfast. Located on side street off the souq with no traffic, so quiet except for barking dogs, which I don’t think the hotel can do anything about."
